Yea i don't get it. I didn't even lift heavy. I maintain the same weight the same routine, for years. And it just doesn't heal. I was expecting my skin would just get use to it. But no, after coming back from a month of vacation. It still show sign of shedding especially on the ring finger. It just becomes whiter like a dead skin.
