How to check your baby's temperature without a thermometer. A normal
temperature for babies and children is about 36.4C, but this can vary slightly. A high temperature or fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C or above (NHS source) Remember it is not advised to use blankets over the top of a baby sleeping bag- instead adjust the tog and/or increase layers of clothing. All babies are different so check their temperature regularly and adjust clothing/bedding accordingly
