The number three is symbolized by a triangle and so by extension the number thirty three is representing two triangles. If you invert one of the triangles you get a hexagram (six point star).

When a narrator speaks of the "angel numbers" there is no stated connection between the number 33 and angels but it uses the verse about a woman in the heavens "clothed with the sun, the moon at her feet, with a crown of 12 stars, a dragon whose tail swept 1/3 of the stars to earth". He attributes it to Jerusalem without any meaningful reason.
This is likely an astronomy event or astrological marker in time.
The woman is the constellation Virgo. Nearby is the star cluster Coda Berenices, meaning "hair or plait of Berenice" which is connected to a story about a queen sacrificing her hair. In other cultures it is translated diadem, crown of Berenice. Yet there are more than 12 stars in the asteride, 12 might be a reflection of the Zodiac, perhaps meaning that there will be a time when the Sun is in Virgo, the moon in conjunction, the Sacred Feminine will regain its crown, after millenia of patriarchal religions.
The dragon is the constellation Draco. Thousands of years ago the polar star was once in the tail of Draco (Greek, dragon). The Polar star is considered the "ruler of the heavens" because like a king or queen with a court, all other stars circle around it, so Draco was once the ruler. Due to the earths precession, the axis no longer points to Draco, but to a star in Ursa Minor, Polaris. "The dragon swept 1/3 of stars to earth" probably refers to fallen angels, 33.3 percent. Some of the stars that circled the pole star apppear to go into the earth, Underworld (below the horizon), while other stars remain in the sky (heavens).
