The presidents and dictators (Monarchs are not included for some reason?) die. The governments they led would continue to govern, elections would be held, new presidents would be elected, the dictatorships would possibly have some internal struggles, which most of them already have, if the monarchs were killed too, their heirs would ascend to their respective thrones, everything would continue as normal. End of the story.
