Villanova Jump Stop Shot

Put two cones, shoes, trash cans about 10 feet from the basket on each wing
1. Go around the inside of the cones drive baseline, jump stop and shoot 3 to 5 foot jumpshots. Make 5 on each side.
2. Go around the outside of the cones and drive to the middle, jump stop, and shoot 3 to 5 foot jumpshots. Make 5 on each side.
3. Go around the outside of the cones and drive to the middle, jump stop, ball fake , turn and shoot 3 to 5 foot hooks or jump shots. Make 5 on each side.
