The Regional Hymn of DepED Region XI is composed by Mr. Dioscoro B. Vicentino, former EPS of the Region. He also translated the Sinugbuanong Bisaya Version through the request of Regional Director Gloria D. Benigno, CESO IV. The additional instruments and vocal was provided by Mr. Peter Buaya of the University of Mindanao through the help of Regional EPS Purificacion S. Yambao, MAPEH and Danilo Canda, Regional Mother Tongue Focal Person.

I don't know. But I really think that our Regional Hymn must be improved. The instruments - people must feel goosebumps when they are the hymn. The tempo - it is slow and lousy. The lyrics - omit the names of provinces and cities in the lyrics. We don't need to revise it again and again when new cities and provinces are created. Are we going to enumerate all municipalities in the region when they will become cities?

Look and hear the Bangsamoro Hymn, guys. The lyrics is very inspirational. The tempo is fast enough to make you march.
