Chicken Riggies!

If you’ve never heard of this dish then stop what you’re doing and watch. Chicken Riggies is a popular pasta dish (made with Rigatoni hence the Riggies) in upstate New York. It’s creamy, spicy and ridiculously delicious. And so easy to make! This is my version of it. SO good!!
