You should allow users to access your account with different permissions i.e. sign in to netflix but without seeing the account owners detail like phone number linked to the account, billing info etc.

The other part that you put in there as of how to kick someone off of Netflix does that make any sense that doing the stuff on the Netflix account makes a lot of sense but the other stuff doesn’t that stuff you should’ve done way before you had a chance to kick someone off their Netflix account

Question: What are the video resolutions for the low and medium settings for the Standard Tier package. Yes, I can see that low is upto 0.3gb/hr, and that medium is upto 0.7gb/hr.... but what are the low and medium settings equivalent to in terms of video resolution? See below...

It seems that none of your customer service reps or managers can answer this very easy question for some reason. Other streaming services (you know who they are), have a easy to understand video setting choices in a person's account page.... things like 480p, 720p, 1080p or 4k. But you guys refuse to reveal what the low and medium settings are for each of your three packages (ie, Basic, Standard and Premium). Why is that?

Hi, when trying to login to Netflix in my PS3 it keeps saying that it can’t find my account.. done deleting the app and deleting from data utility and then reinstalling... but it says the same and not being able to view Netflix on my ps3... any advise or help...
