1) I got admit in ovgu Magdeburg in winter semester and want to exmatriculate in stuttgart university Summer semester.I have only 6 month valid visa, When I exmatriculate there only 1 month left for visa extension, so what should I do?

Can i get Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung, in case i have failed one subject in my first semester in TU munich, i want to change my course to a completely different course of study in Münster, but i failed in a subject " statistics " in my course of study " Masters in Sustainable resource management " in TUM, and my new subjects is Mathematics masters in WWU Muenster? So will i face any issue for this? I only failed once and there are not permissible number of attempts in TUM for this course " statistics ". Please reply, highly urgent.
