I've painted for 10 years. These videos never sit right with me. Paint doesn't cover well enough to do whole walls in one dip. So it will look like crap. Also when you roll an 18 inch roller that fast, you'll sling paint everywhere. The rush painters keep me in business and well paid, because 99% of people prefer quality over speed.

Good job. You turned a 2 coat job into a 6 coat job.

Now it needs a 2nd coat
When there’s a change color, 2 coats must be applied. I’ve been painting since 1970

Haha all the " professional " painters in here making comments that now he will have to do another coat, just so you amateurs know. This is the first coat and his coverage isn't bad looks like it will probably cover in 2 coats, most paint companies would expect white going over a dark colour like brown, green, blue, purple etc would take 3 coats anyway which you would acheive by doing a high opacity undercoat then 2 top coats or 3 top coats of the wall color.

Was never really a fan of painters who does dry napping to save paint when the homeowners pay for quality

Amana good work on masking the brick. Another skill learned this week. On your second week focused on electric Plates. Soon you'll graduate to not walking around with a wet roller. Cher's!!🍺

The paint quality and the roller quality and size as well are the keys to finishing that quick

I set tile for ten years in New builds and remodels. I seen this once and the homeowner was doing a walk through with the interior designer and the designer called him out on the spot and told him to pack his shit and his check will be in the mail. She told him you might as well spray the house then do that and splatter paint everywhere. Lol
