I’m at my SP’s place as I watch this. We broke up 3 weeks ago, and in less then a week he went from saying that he “doesn’t trust me” and is “disgusted by me” to expressing extreme passion for me. He’s still saying “I hope you don’t think this means we’re getting back together”, but I’m not putting any focus on that. I’ve been having a super strong mental diet and have been “recreating” him, but I’ve been having fears and anxiety here and there and I know that’s what is reflecting back to me. Once all my fears and anxiety are completely eliminated (which they will be after tonight), he will shift too.

This past week I’ve been feeling very depressed and anxious and have been seeing negative signs.
