I have been running the Yokohama tires for 20 years. I got 85000 on my last set of ats. I rotate every oil change. I think they are the best tire on the market and so overlooked as an offroad tire.

I have looked at the BFG ko2's and the new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT's. However; when I researched and found these, I fell in love with them. These are available in a LT285/75 R16, & LT315/75 R16! The Mickey's don't have the size range that these have, and the tread pattern seems narrower by a good margin!

Thanks for the awesome video! I never knew Yokohama ever made 4x4 tires. That is pretty cool. I think they look good, remind me of the Toyo M/T tread

I have theese tires on my 94 chevy 1500 4x4 stepside and i love them !i wanted an agressive looking tire and low road noise and good tread wear and even though kinda pricy i love these tires and would recommend them to anyone that off roads!

Well!! Let me give anyone looking into the geolander MT g003
I have run a few different mud terrains along the way as I work in the oil & gas industry in northern Alberta Canada. I always swore by the toyo MT 35” x12.5 x R20. And still do! But I thought I’d try something different. I run a Ford F-350 with a 4.5” SL and I just put on a new set of the Yokohama geolander G003 MT on.
They spin true, balance out great, start out relatively the same noise levels as it’s competitors but after about 6000miles, .. literally they turn it up a few more decibels and start to sound like a small plane on the tarmac ... sincerely guys, be prepared that these are not quieter than their competition at all. They are also a little squirrely under the truck I feel as the measure just a little narrower than other 12.50 wide tires. So just a little getting used to that’s all. Great looking tire, slightly lighter in weight than it’s competitors which can be felt in rotational mass. Let’s be real though, noisy and expensive ... when I post a video I’ll come back and shoot the link ok 👌🏻
Thanks everyone .. it’s -35Celcius this upcoming week so not much for Shooting a video lol ... I just rotated once last week at 7500km/4660 miles

I’ll update with actual size of the tire mounted on the truck.

I’ve run duratracs, TOYO open country mud terrains and BFG all terrains.

I've never owned a set by them. I've heard good reviews about these. Is it just me or do they look like the Toyo MT's?

These G003 are getting mounted on my tacoma tomorrow. Just browsing for video to positively reinforced my decision I suppose lol. Also the way you narrate your testing trip sounds like a straight up adventure story haha

Would the 003 muddies provide better grip than the all terrain Yokohama tires given the same terrain by comparison?
