They call it "Mesh" the white net that you have over ur spandex. That's what they are call or you could call it mesh net's because they look the basketball nets. The black dress nice for.the.simple fact that I could wear different belts to match my shoes aswell. Forever 21 gets 10 stars. You guys did a marvelous. Job.
