My first was a ZX-6R (2003-2004 model). It was very uncomfortable on the road, but the thrill of acceleration was amazing. I wish I could afford a bike like ZX-10R now. It seems amazing.

i am only 4mins in and you are a great man with knowledge and riding ability and that's exactly who should be doing such reviews, 9mins in and your walking the walk and talking the talk, giving us the straight facts and shedding light on Kawasaki's motivations for building this bike and why, and doing some sick riding, ok finished watching, man you made some good comparisons with other manufactures bikes and gave honest criticisms and rode that sucker like there was no tomorrow. Ok, I am a Kawasaki devoted rider from a lifetime starting from 16 years old to now and I'm 64 years old I'm on a ZX10R 2005 model and ride every day but hearing your valued input and honesty I will look for any other review that you do. Chris this was yet another top review on how a bike actually feels to ride, not just a list of specs. Awesome editing, amazing skill on the track getting squirrelly under brakes, wheelies out of the corners, pushing the bike to the limit all for our entertainment!
Oh and the comment ‘look a hot air balloon’ classic Chris humour...
