What do you do when you have two black on black Les Paul style riff machines? You riff. Esp E-II Eclipse Evertune w/ Seymour Duncan Pegasus/Sentient pickups, and my own PRS S2 Singlecut with BKP Ceramic Warpig in the bridge.

Thanks for watching guys! I realized while editing the video how similar the pickups sound, but I promise, in the room, the E-II was noticeably brighter, maybe a hair more scooped. The warpig just has this low mid thing going on that I love. So beefy. Just personal preference! These were in or around standard tuning, the differences might be more apparent in lower tunings. Either way they both sounded great.

Great video, glad to hear someone rocking some beefy palm-mutes on these guitars so I can really hear what that sounds like. That E-II sounds exactly like what I am looking for!

The PRS sounded better to my ears, the ESP sounded good, but the PRS sounded a bit better. Great comparison tho, good video

Both are kilker. Love the ESP for looks and features. Love PRS guitars too though.

(Awesome video.) I have that same S2 in seaform green with a black guard loved it so much l play it more than the core. The S2 shines with classic rock. Iam a fusion jazz guy and play in a R&B band that S2 is superb in all. That ESP is best for metal. lam shure it would do well in the other styles also. I like the PRS best, just my personal choice.

Cool video.

Hey, you should think about getting a noise gate. Most valuable pedal metal player can own!

Great video man. Do you ever tune the warpig to drop b and if so how does it sound in that tuning

Chunka chunka chunka You don’t learn that much listening to chugging? It’s all about amps for this type of stuff really. That’s why both guitars sound similar.
