You need to sleep as much as you can. You need that, deep sleep, the mouth open and relaxed body, anyway your body feels weightless, you're in the zone, don't jump out of bed at a run, the body will tense up, and panic starts...SLEEPING LIKE THIS WILL TEACH YOUR BODY TO RELAX, BETWEEN CONTRACTIONS, SO YOU DON'T HYPERVENTILATE.
