KAGATAN is a portmanteau of its ingredients - KAPE (coffee), GATAS (milk) and TANDUAY, the Philippines' number 1 rhum. Coincidentally, kagatan means "to bite" in Tagalog which perfectly describes the taste of this delicious drink - It's a dessert with a bite of rhum.
What you need:
1 Tanduay Lapad (375 mL bottle)
300mL condensed milk
1 sachet coffee mix
800mL water
ice
