Moving up a step. You can buy a license plate cover that integrate the camera to it. That way you can have a clean install as if it's factory. The camera you have can use that setup.

Hi EaziDIY, are this head unit come with all the wired harness to just plug and play to the car or you ordered I separated harness to plug it in to the car? Also Aldo the head unit will fit on the 2013 Corolla? I check on the link you post it in the description and the head unit says will fit 08-12 Corolla but I have a 13 Corolla and I do not see any differences between the 12 and 13 Corolla’s! I have a 2011 Toyota Corolla sport and when I tried to plug in the harness sent to me it burnt the radio fuse, also my harness is a bit different and I can’t seem to make it work.
Do you have an idea why?
