Skip those bland and boring oats and make these over night tadka oats which by far is the best oat dish ever. Super easy to whip up and fuss free high fibre healthy breakfast.
Recipe (Serves 2)
1/2 cup oats
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup water
Vegetables of choice: Carrot, cucumber, beetroot grated
1 green chilli chopped
A pinch of black pepper powder & chat masala
Coriander leaves
Ghee tadka
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp mustard
1 red chilli
5-6 curry leaves
Method:
1. Soak the oats over night by mixing oats, curd and water togther.
2. Next morning add grated carrots , green chilli, corriander to it. Along with chat masala and black pepper.
3. Give it a ghee tadka with mustard, cumin , red chilli and curry leaves. And Enjoy.
