Martin Miller - Under a Glass Moon solo (Dream Theater)

This was one of the most influential solos in my formative years and I never gave it a serious shot until now. I tried to be as true to the original as possible as far as phrasing, tone, articulation, positions, etc. go. Obviously I don't have a floating tremolo, so this is the best I can do. This beast of a solo sure took a couple of takes!

I hear how some pickstrokes are so loud you hear them distinctively, I just wonder when/how be finds the time to accentuate anything: "it's too fast man ! Never mind the accents!" is what I want to shout to him. Amazingly he still finds time to accentuate notes.
