my wife has been caught in a face to face car crash a few days ago, on tuesday, 2 november 2021, it was 160km/h crash, engine smoking, and many of her bones broken, but she told me she woke up and eared Draconian in the car.
I'am not able to know if it was 'death come near me' but for sure, death was not that far....

I so much love it, that the Draconian Style has never gone since their first professionally recorded albums. I bought "Where lovers mourn" when it was a "new release" out of curiosity and next to Katatonia they are my favourite band ever since... because they have never lost their way whilst still developing thoughout times.
Whenever I feel as lost as these days, my feelings and the bands expressions align ... it's like your soul connects to your inner feeling world. Hardly any other band can ever create such emotional bondings to your own inner self.

What a gothic - doom - ethereal masterpiece!. Clear beautiful voice at the same time than a heartbreaking voice, then deep powerfull chords all shrouded with a slow and very heavy dark drums and bass sound.
