FIX err_ssl_protocol_error Chrome on Windows 10 [UPDATED]

I tried this and it did not work. The problem started when I had just installed Windows 10 Pro I just bought. I noticed that every browser had the same problem, I could not get on some sites due to the SSl protocol error. Then I repaired Windows and it still didn't work. I then noticed that all of a sudden another computer had the same issue with the same site. So it dawned on me that it must be my ISP. So I went to my Xfinity account to look at my modem settings. And lo and behold the modem had "Advanced Security" checked. It also had a list of the sites that were blocked and there it was my site. I turned Advanced Security feature off and problem solved. The thing is I had turned this off a long time ago, over a year and Comcast decided to turn this feature back on without my permission. Since when is a popular VPN site blocked by Concast? Yes I said CONcast, because at times I feel like it is!

Sir after following the steps mentioned above...even though I'm getting err_ssl_protocol error and it's asking to try running Windows network diagnostics..plz help me to come out of this sir

Hi, I try this method but still cannot open the website. Can you help me? From yesterday suddenly I cannot open etsy.com says "This site can’t provide a secure connection" and "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR". And make me confuse is all from my wifi network with windows cannot open it (destop, laptop, smartphone) but apple device are fine. Can you help me? Thanks before :)

Hey! i've had this problem for some days now, i have looked at alot of videos and they almost tell me very similar fixes. However, i haven't gotten a fix yet. The following text is what it says on chrome when i search for anything:

The site can not provide a secure connection
www.google.com sent an invalid reply.
Try running network diagnostics for Windows.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
