Vermicelli Tomato Soup
Ingredients;
3 grated tomatoes
1 tea glass vermicelli
1 tablespoon flour
3-4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 liter hot water
Preparation;
Put the oil in a suitable pot, add the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes until the smell comes out. Add the grated tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes, then add the hot water and salt and remove the foam on top, add 1 tea glass of vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally, then turn off the stove and finally add the dried mint and stir, close the lid and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
