What do you think of starting a client retention agency?

I’ve been thinking about it for a while.

People don’t know how to keep
Their client long term or they don’t have the time to implement a framework to nurture clients relationship.

I’ve been in sales and customer service for 10+ years and honestly this is the real ongoing problem with any business in general but especially in industries with high churn rate.
