I was at the Minnesota Zoo concert in 1999 and it was the most incredible bizarre awesome show I’ve seen. It was like 100 degrees, humid.. there were giraffes and Peacocks behind the audience. Gene was confused if he was actually in Minnesota. Some dude crawled up the stage canopy and got kicked out of the show.. until Dean yelled at the cops and said he was their friend… they brought the guy to the stage and he spent the rest of the show sitting on a speaker drinking whiskey with everyone else on stage. And they played voodoo lady for 30 minutes straight. And that kinda sucked but I’ll never forget it.
Saw them again a few years in Moorhead at another great outdoor venue. Absolutely amazing show.

I started on the Ween journey with this somewhat normal album. I'm not sure i would have understood Pure Guava back in 92. In retrospect, Pure Guava is my favorite, kudos to Elektra, for signing the band during that time

Great s9ng. I was lucky to see Ween in Brisbane about 2007 I think. It was an amazing show they played for nearly 3 hours.
