2-no the z-type wont spawn anywhere and you have to pay 10 mil for it
3-no the park ranger wont be there however if you go to the canyon there is a chance a park ranger with an officer inside will spawn and in online you can see the car in the entrance to the canyon
4-you cant find a sandking XL there but if you go back a bit into the other parking lot it will spawn there
5-no there is no aston martin there besides im sure thats a masarati or jaguar but no there is no car there

The last car is called a XA-21 Ocelot/Jaguar. It used to be a deleted car back in gta online but they released when the agent of sabotage dlc came out. Btw The XA-21 Is a Online car and you could not access in story mode unless if you have mods

The 3rd one is a ranger station in the park and usually a ranger vehicle spawns there but not all the time I don’t think it spawns at all in online only director and story
