Why would he do that? When Williams son is of age, and next in line his daughter becomes of age, then King could. Right now Prinxe Harry is spare until Prince George and spare Priness Charlotte come of age. Only 2 who need Titles. Slim it down be frugal. Little Louie will be fine.
