Nice work. In the past we’ve also disabled the WiFi power rails disabling WiFi as a quick bypass to the overheating. Depends what the customer is ok with

Can i ask what is the purpose of the capacitor you just removed? And i am curious because its stil working eventhough you removed a part

instead of removing the capacitor, why didn't you just replace the whole wifi module ? will it also work ? the process is also the same as trying the replace the Faulty NAND right ?

btw thanks for the great video ! my iPhone 6S Plus also have the overheating issue too. the hottest part is beside the camera where the Wifi Module is also located

Always have some repair skills we know it would work, but we can't explain really why, does it make the phone less reliable? All of these have a name "EXPERIENCE"

Why do not you use a thermal camera to search for overheatings spots, here we use a FLYR, its
much more effective to those type of jobs!
by the way, nice job!

Hi Rewa tech!
I have an iphone 6s which is 0.25 points short only in on condition. It consumes battery very quickly even in standby mode. what should I do or how can I detect the short part. please reply asap. Thanks

Wait, so you dug out those two capacitors, but you didn't replace those components? Why not? Doesn't that make the phone less reliable without them?
