Star Trek Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Cryptic Studios based on the Star Trek series created by Gene Roddenberry. The game is set in the 25th century, 30 years after the events of Star Trek: Nemesis. Star Trek Online is the first massively multiplayer online role-playing game within the Star Trek franchise.

Star Trek Online is set in the years 2409/2410, thirty years after the events of Star Trek: Nemesis. The alliance between the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire has collapsed, and both sides are once again at war. The Romulan Star Empire continues to deal with the fallout of the loss of their homeworld twenty-two years earlier (as shown in J. J. Abrams' Star Trek reboot), while the Dominion rebuilds its forces. The Borg Collective has re-emerged as a major threat.

This game features a variety of mission, like STF (Special Task Force), Fleet missions and general gameplay.

The Drone works better I think with Engineer Captains and/or Engineering BOffs that specialize in Fabrications.

The drone pet looks like a combo of the droids from "the black hole" body of maximus and head from vincent, with a splash of starwars astromech thrown in because why not.

I like the design but with how quickly it gets destroyed I can't see investing in it. Maybe if you run engineering away teams that would at least make some sense. Other than that it's cool looking and the grind was easy so still a good reward.

What do they mean by Electronic Allies? Medical Generators do not count when I tested it.

You'd need some sort of fabrication build maybe for it to begin being useful. The cooldown is way too long for such underwhelming performance. A novelty perhaps.

Wait, I thought the combat pet DOT-7 was for space and for ground you got a non-combat pet? So ground gets a combat AND a non-combat pet??

I'm confused. So I missed some of the Christmas dailies but I had about 3/4 progress on a free T6 ship. Is all that completely wiped now? It's no longer in the events tab.
