Wow!! I love how you showed that the things the boys have been struggling with or working on came to fruition in the movie. The transition with Donnie’s spinning things (whatever they’re called) was especially good. Great choice of song. The emphasis on Raph, Leo and the Shredder needing saving was very cool.

BRO THE TRANSITIONS?? the way you connect everything in both the show AND the movie with the clips?

its almost like theyre phasing into each other and i think thats really cool because the connections between the kraang and the shredder with the turtles having to come together both mystically and as a family in order to defeat them and just- its awesome

This is a masterpiece, no kidding. The voice-overs gave me goosebumps. Love Rise and this is an amazing tribute for the show.

First comment I saw was like "great transitions" and since I was at the very beginning of this video I thought it was just the Shredder backstory to Krang conquest and I was like, "oh yeah. That was a good transition."

But then it kept happening. Transitions that connect battles, eras, villains moves! It is so visually appealing and cool!

But I've seen this trick before, and while I love it every time, there is something about your work that feels different... makes it stand out. Its not the punches hitting the beats, the attacks smoothly shifting between battle scenes, or the match of lyric to moments. No, it's how you use the quick switches to draw connections between themes. How Shredder connects to Krang, how sacrifice connects salvation, how brother connects to brother.

You use your transitions to tell the story of rise. Through your work I see so easily the development of character, skill, and familial bond that goes on with each character. I see the story in its full glory, how each main villain connects to each other or how strongly the show keeps its theme of family and fighting to save others.

Omigosh! Amazing show/movies, badass clips and editing, incredibly apt song, this video has it all! When it said "wash away my colors" and showed the clip where the Kraang steal their mystic powers, I knew I was in for something special. Fantastic job on this one!
