Hi, it's Sue Ferreira here, from Wisdom To Wealth Mastery and to give my elevator pitch, Wisdom To Wealth Mastery shows you how to craft your wisdom to create long-lasting wealth, using all the tools of the new marketing of the web, but focusing on video.
You could have guessed that because I have a green screen behind me.
Soak it well and let it air dry and it will dry into this smooth green screen.
My smooth green screen was on big stands on either side with a rod across the middle and it was perfect. The only challenge was it was so perfect I didn't want to move it for fear of getting more wrinkles. I have a study behind here and confess I didn't bother to go into my study too much, although it needed to be cleared out because I didn't want to destroy my beautiful smooth green screen, so i thought about how to solve this.
Here is my solution - I no longer have my muslin green screen.
I now have a paper green-screen and most of you who do green screening, know you can buy these paper rolls into with with in a 52-inch I think it is (error - they are 53” wide) and several feet in length. I think 36 feet long on this roll.
I now have a paper green screen, which I can bring down when I want to make video, as I'm doing right now.
When I need to get into my study or want my room back, all I have to do is come over here to this little gizmo, on the side here and very slowly bring up my green screen to take it right out of view.
Now get to my study but I don't have the door open, because it’s still a mess!
There is my solution - I get my room back, can have my green screen, when needed and also have another video background, if I wish.
At the moment I've kept the roll of hard cardboard which the paper was rolled on, because it makes a good weight.
If I need to cut the paper off and produce another length of perfectly clear green screen, then I can cut the roll and would stick on the old weighted clips which weighed down the muslin green screen.
Your answer, if you want to have a retractable green screen, have your room back and generate more backgrounds, for when you're not green screening.
You can fix them to the ceiling or walls. Mine is attached to a beam in the ceiling.
In the text above, you will find all of the information about where to buy the rolls and the added little bits and pieces that you will need to fix it to the ceiling or to the wall.
I have the hundred and seven inch width and as I said you can also get a 52-inch (53”), if you don't have as much room.
If you know anyone else who might be interested in this approach to a removable, retractable paper green-screen, then please share my video. I would be great, if you subscribe to my channel and
if you have any questions, put them in the comment box below.
That's my tip for today, so have fun green screening. Bye for now!

Very informative! I only wish that we could see the "gizmo" that raises and lowers the screen.

Nice one Sue!!! I actually thought of a very similar idea myself. A retractable green screen is probably a better name but I called mine just a roller green screen or roller blind green screen. Basically I got the idea looking at an Elgato green screen and don't know if you've seen one but you should look one up theres a few reviews on here and there great, but very pricey. So I looked at the Elgato one how it pulls up and it made me think of a projector screen. I started thinking I could attach my material to the projector screen. Then I thought of roller blinds too, could be used also. I did some research and IKEA have plain white roller blinds for just $24 so I've bought one of those which I've measured and fits perfect behind me which is just the size I need. Now that I've got this nice new roller blind I thought why attach the material, can I paint it? So I've looked up painting green screens and it works so I'm just gonna paint the white blind 😎 I've found some green paint that will work but if your keen some paint shops sell proper green screen paint. Anyway sorry bout the big comment, just thought I'd share my similiar project. I will be doing a video on it too so I'll drop a link for u if your interested although yours looks perfect. Great vid mate! I'll checkout some more ASAP. Peace!

That's fab, thank you Sue. I could really do with one of those - much more convenient and would get used more often rather than dragging the folding green fabric screen out of my storage every time. I really need to get more internet savvy - have subbed thanks and look forward to watching more of your video's :)

This doesn't tell me how to make it as your video suggests. Please retitle your video accordingly. You are only demonstrating what you have rather than how to create one.
