It got modded. Its an alright mod, but I liked the original elevator better. It could've been touched up and been fine. Now this is an interesting setup. There is a passenger, behind the wall next to this elevator is a Dover hydraulic (Dover buzz at 2:56) that serves B, 1, M (possibly a few floors higher), and then next to the hydro is a Traction service, which is on the same controller as the passenger.
What is also interesting is how there is a hydraulic on a separated controller between the 2 on the same controller.
