Obasanjo is rigth I've always said this. What we need is to create our own way of governing instead of following the democracy of the white man. For instance, in Kenya, there's one main government account where everyone pays taxes. This money is then given to each governor. This account can be seen online by anyone, even a two-year-old, to know when money is spent and where it's going. If money is given for building roads, it's shown on the highway how much was given for that project, and people can watch how that road is built.
