*Must be level 10 to start this task

Task Objectives:
*Obtain the registered mail on Streets of Tarkov
*Survive and Extract from the Location
*Hand over the letter to Prapor

Task Rewards:
*+4,800 EXP
*Prapor Rep +0.02
*28,000 Roubles (Without an Intelligence Center)
*29,400 Roubles (With Intelligence Center Level 1)
*32,200 Roubles (With Intelligence Center Level 2)
*1× 6B47 Ratnik-BSh helmet

This quest is bugged for me. I've visited this spot several times during raids, and no dice. I even came in several times in offline raids, with the same result. Each time, I spent ~5 minutes searching every square inch of the office (even checked in the filing cabinet), and no joy. Suggestions?!?!
