it doesnt matter how much Riot mini-reworks Sylas...Why ? because hes an AP champion with an AD champion’s *playstyle* abilities... And ofc they wont do that because Sylas is a specific cog in the Lore of the whole game about being a “mage”... So Sylas is in a loop of reworks forever until they do the change I stated in the beginning...

Just like Akali has the lowest win rate but highest ban rate and widely complained, Asol has the highest win rate does not mean he is unbalanced or deverse a nerf.
Its not Asol is strong at bullying early game but Asol players understand the crucial environments and the key of surviving it, rare ppl picks up Asol just because survive the fittest. They see through themselves their weakness adapted and accepted them and pushes these players to go aggresive, careful rather cocky and TRY HARD. They have a sense of crisis, Its really a personality thing.
8-6 seconds cooldown on W and a really easy dodgable stun is a huge gap to punish if played cocky. plus he cant even protect himself when you are on top of him.

Personal opinion: While I like you talking about the stats and winrates/what's strong and what isn't I'd really like to see some more in-depth look into, for instance, why did Morde's winrate drop that much from that change (could it be because the MS loss really fucks him over against the already dominating range picks?), how's the game looking (in your opinion), what's good, what's bad (as far as... well... everything in the game, items, roles... everything). Of course, this might not be something that you'd want to do and that's perfectly cool, I'm just saying, personally what I'm looking for and is hard to find and you know your stuff. (Or maybe you''re already doing it and I've missed it, but I... don't think that's the case?)

It seems like base health has way more impact than players expect... So meaningful win rate variations to Kalista and Aphelios by only (or mostly) changing their base health, I'm really surprised

We have to remember that, sometimes, people get scared of nerfs and gains confidence in buffs. We have to consider the psychological effect of these changes.

I still want to see +5 base MR on all champs (except maybe Akali, Kassadin and Sylas, they already have quite high mr).

I've tried omnistone, and I got predator TWICE the whole fcking game. I just watched my keystones get unused pretty much all game. I really cannot recommend running omnistone on pred junglers.

yasuo is 47% wr yet he gets banned everygame so wr doesnt matter its more about champion being new or champion design being anoying to play against or simply so op like morde

For sylas I played some normal games yesterday to feel the changes and honestly they felt pretty good if you didn't try to do what old sylas would do. For example my w felt always like a simpler ability to use since I don't have to keep it for the burst but it provides nice dmg instantly while his e dmg(which I maxed second) felt really good together with the second part of the q in the dmg department. The removals of the e2 q combo kinda hurts but I basically stacked sylas with alot of AP and used the e2 w cancel to basically either delete people or leave alive to get a q to finish them of. Dmg wise Sylas feels better overall at a considerable lead and he felt like a powerhouse in late game having tons of dmg, sustain and utility based on the enemies ults
