The Martin 00015M offers a perfect blend of vintage features and modern technology to create an acoustic guitar of exceptional tone, playability and classic Martin good looks. Back, sides and top are bookmatched solid genuine mahogany with A-frame Sitka Spruce X-bracing and a traditional maple bridge-plate. The 14-fret neck—also genuine mahogany—is joined with an East Indian rosewood fingerboard and headplate. The traditional rosewood belly-bridge is fitted with a bone saddle and the nut is fashioned from bone, as well.

started playing one of these today at the guitar shop... had to be my favourite in the room. when i can afford another acoustic, it's definitely gonna be this one! didn't think a mahogany would sound this good, but damn, this guitar is bright in all the right places and mellow in all the right places

i like the way the person playing this guitar gives the guitar a full on strum using simple chords. it really helps the listener hear the guitars full range. to many guitar reviewers like to show off their newest guitar abilities, show casing themselves instead of the guitar. again thank you.

Have one that’s around 21 years old. They were made differently then. The tuners were closed and the nut and bridge saddle were not bone.
It still sounded good and is the reason I still play with guitars to this day.
I have 21 guitars and still play the 000-15 frequently. Even played on it today for a bit.

Harmony Guitars in 1970's made a nearly identical model that was my 1st guitar. My little sister used as a club one day and split it right down the side. Many tears...played the 000-15M a few weeks back and fell in love all over again. I'm trading in my mint Martin D-1 w/ Martin pickup-up/EQ for this guitar at the CHicago Music Exchange after Christmas!

Just purchased a Westside custom 015m to go with my HD28 chuffed to bits with the mahogany.

Went in to buy a D-28. While waiting for help, spied this beauty hanging on the wall and decided to have a go at it. Slack jawed. The sound was delicate and full...and the ease in producing that sound just didn't make any sense to me. Surely this guitar is priced wrong or there is damage somewhere...nope, just a high quality guitar at a reasonable price. When my D-28 arrived...I felt as though I had caught eyes with a girl shortly before being married...can't stop thinking about her.

I’m thinking of buying a 000-15m but I don’t like the way Martin leave a whole for the strap peg but don’t give you a peg for the strap at the neck end , and I hate putting string round the top of the neck as I have shoulder’s that slope so the guitar would not stop on me. Why can’t they just finish the guitar off properly?

Martin didn’t make this guitar in the 30’s. The largest mahogany guitar built then was the 00-17.

Hi, i have a question, i want to buy this beautiful guitar , it sounds so good ...but my problem is : is there a way to put a pickup on without piercing a hole in ??? I saw theres is a version with already one in the 000-15me but it seems to be a very rare version... And not a lot for sale... So there a piezzo or something that it sounds good
