i know you meant this positively towards her but it doesn't feel appropriate to compare her to her pre-transition self and ask who is "better". who's better, the persona she was completely miserable pretending to be, or her happy, authentic self? people *need* to stop thinking of this as a popularity contest. it's not ok to say "i liked her better before she transitioned" like some of the people in your comments.
