so here's what I'm getting from this au:

Adam - still an angel, in this case tho he's probably a "winner"(heaven's equivalent for sinners) who strives for redemption for hell's sinners.

Lute - my hc for her here is that she's posing as a "sinner"(despite secretly just being a fallen angel who was an exterminator) she's one of the main reasons why Adam wants to push his belief on redeeming sinners, so that they can be together in heaven.(to make it easy, adam thinks she's a sinner when in fact she's a fallen angel, to be more specific she's a former exterminator who obviously regrets what she's done.)

Emily & Sera - idk what to get from them, but they just remained the same, just switched.

Charlie - she's still the princess of hell in this au, but unlike our charlie she's sadistic and evil, I'd like to think that she's against sinners getting redeemed cause she gets strength from torturing them and enjoys seeing them slaughtered and suffering during the extermination(hence why I think she's sadistic) I also think that her and emily came to an agreement with the extermination cuz it benefits both of them, it prevents hell from uprising while also keeping Charlie entertained and at bay. + i also think she knows that lute is an exterminator cuz she probably saw her in one of heaven's past exterminations and also witnessed her fall.

Vaggie - she's an exterminator in this one obviously, but she has one secret and that is the fact that she's dating the princess of hell. She doesn't want to tell anyone cuz it would risk her safety and reputation as an exterminator. Plus if everyone in heaven found out she's dating the princess of hell, she'd be viewed as a hypocrite.

1:28 Bro, that revelation must have hurt Adam more than it did Charlie. It would be the third time that a woman close to him betrayed him. It's very sad if you think about it.
As an aside, they imagine that in the final fight instead of Lucifer or Lilith coming to stop Charlie, it was Adam who defeated her because he received a power up thanks to the sinners being moved by his sacrifice.
Here's my fanfic: Charlie didn't understand what was happening, the victory was somehow slipping out of his hands. She had dominated Adam throughout the fight, but suddenly that sad and insecure man was managing to dodge her attacks and punished her with blows that really caused her pain. Not even Adam himself understood this change, it was as if an external force was revitalizing him and constantly increasing his power.
Only one person knew the truth and that was Carmilla. It was very easy for her to understand where that power came from, it was the same power that helped her defeat the angel and in fact she was feeling it again at that moment. It was “Love”, the love of seeing a father who wants to protect his children. No matter how much you deny your father, when he comes to help you, you can't help but support him, and that was what the sinners felt. Everyone in hell, conscious or unconscious, to a greater or lesser extent, was wishing for their father's victory. Their prayers and feelings had become the strength Adam needed to defeat Lucifer's daughter. And for the first time in hell, angels were no longer feared, because they knew that their father was there to protect them.
Charlie couldn't help but hate and disown Adam. He was aware of all the evil and vile actions his children did in life and yet he wanted to protect them. She, who throughout her childhood was deprived of a show of affection from her parents, could only curse and deep down envy that.
