Fithops Camping Perimeter Trip Alarm - Mini-mine

Weather has been rainy here and too muddy to get out to test other stuff. In this video we use a Fithops trip alarm as a mini-mine using airsoft bbs, various powders, etc. This is pretty loud and normally just used by itself.

I love the device, but when I saw the spool of thread, it blew my mind. That is a bad-ass design, lol. It can bounce around in your backpack all day and not unwind or get snagged on anything.

The caps are actually shotgun primers. If you reload or have shotgun primers, those can be used to replenish the 9 "caps"

I used two. 1 for noise report. And one to ignite a road flare so you can see what's out there. You can also spread the Carter PIN so it pulls out with very little resistance

Looks like a shotgun primer. I about blew my pinky off messing around with a shotgun primer when i was a kid.

That coffee creamer reminds me of a science lesson in school when the teacher had a tin with a candle and a tray of custard powder an blew the custard powder into the candle an it blew the tin apart
