In physics, mass–energy equivalence is the relationship between mass and energy in a system's rest frame, where the two values differ only by a constant and the units of measurement. The principle is described by the physicist Albert #Einstein's_famous_formula: E = mc^2.

2 years back(2021) in the month of June when I was in transiting from 10 to 11 i randomly searched e=mc^2 derivation and after that I got this video. Though that time I was not able to understand anything apart from the basic things. I understood the entire 11, 12 physics to understand this derivation, this may seem crazy but I literally did it. Now when I come back here I can totally understand it:) it's a great feeling which I can't express:) :)
