Why are you plating on to MH II plus 5% sheeps blood? I understand using MH II agar buy never saw the addition of blood. Is that allowed under CLSI testing? Your final result picture is actually not a blood enhanced agar. I can imagine the blood makes it easier to see the point of intersection, but again, what does CLSI say about this?

Also, i was hoping to get tips for reading and interpreting the final ellipses. Perhaps a follow up video? That and maybe a comparison of MICs from gold standard broth microdilution.

and when you have 200 antibiograms to do you, you have to flick for 10 one colony in 2 ml Destille water, vortex and thats it....
