Very nice build and great video with lots of tips. I agree about inserts, hex head ones are much better. And steel, not brass. Also you can lubricate them with some glue, just seal the bottom with some tape so that the threads wouldn't clog. They will go in much easier. I use super glue and epoxy would work as well

Looks good, as usual. With regard to the brass inserts, my understanding is the slots are not for screwdrivers. They can help to cut threads if installed the other way up. A bolt with a nut to lock on the insert can make installation easier.
