Chairman Fbise Imp decision about Exam, Passing Marks, Syllabus Etc

So here is the summary of today’s Fbise Meeting.
1. PBA:
9th and 11th: Written Paper will be conducted
10th and 12th: No Viva and Notebook, Practical performed in lab and write down answer
2. E-Marking:
Space is specified, if Q answered on wrong place, use whitener and re-write the answer.
Marks will not be awarded if attempted on wrong place
3. Books:
Recommended books are for reference/paper will be SLO Based
Soft copies of New books will be available on website
4. Improvement
You can improve until you pass the next exam
If marks do not increase, previous marks will be considered
If previously pass, even if you do not appear in improvement, no issues
5. Additional subjects:
Any subjects can be opted but if it involves practical, practical certificate required
6. Datesheet
As per board officials, Datesheet is not congested
7. Passing Marks:
Passing marks in 9th,11th will be 40 percent but decision is yet to come about 10,12

Can anybody tell me example kisi ny last year koi subject pass kar liya ho lakin us ky marks 40% sy kam hun but usny improvement di hoi toh ab 40 % wala pass hai toh agr us ky 40% sy kam marks aty hain ya wo paper miss karta hai toh uski supply consider hogi ya last year wala result hi chalye ga?
