Pretty wicked. You work your colors very well. Here's something to play with. If you allow the congieled blood to dry out into more of a gel you can do a drop of blood "frozen in time". Shape it perfectly with your fingers, stick it to your skin and with liquid blood and a soft sponge you can smooth it and make it look wet. A trick I like to use. Good work here. The nose looks great.
