I havs VU gloled 50 inch tv and it's not turning on, means standby red light is also not getting

bhai maine open kya hai tv par oski power light on ..lekin jab power button or remote se on ker rahe hai to tv on nhi ho raha hai....but power led mai light continue on ye standby mode hai kya

My tv not goes in standby after changing a capacitor 35V 1500uf in power board. With remote controller i touch power botton when the tv is on and it goes in stand by led red but then 1 second led green and tv power on. Tv not goes in standby. What's the solution? Thanks
