There are a lots of Ghost malls in Delhi only, even area shops, some areas in dwarka are clear example of this, this is very rare in residential proprieties.

Just imagine, ek property ki original price 1 crore h, real estate wale ne isko 1.5 crore pe list kiya, aur fir log invest krte chale gye, bina ye dekhe ki property pw jitne logo ne jitna paisa invest kiya h, wo property utne ki h bhi ya nhi !! What about liquidity. Selling off that fraction of commercial real estate will be very hard. May be over the years it will become more liquid as awareness spreads but till then liquidity will be an issue
