I make soaps, lotions etc., and this is how I learned to make my products. This way is so easy to use and once it's correct you can convert and be able to size up or down. I am so glad that you covered this subject. This is very important information that people need so that they will be doing it correctly. Thank You!

The way you explain is so eloquent and easy even for a beginner who just interested in making their own sample product. This helped me to clean up my already thought out product list and I def made a sheet on the List A ingredients list now I’m changing my list to phases and changing my liquid water percent to 100 rather than the total grams to Oz ratio I originally had because I can just adjust if I already start with 100%=100g =3.52 oz and that’s enough for sample product plus all the other percent additions of extracts and such

Very articulate and precise info. Thanks for all the work you put in this video teaching people to write a cosmetic formula. Now i know there are different types of ingredients made with a different formula and made by a different company that can effect your final products.

I've made formulations in % then convert it to grams. So now I just convert grams to % and write down the phase. Very interesting

Im still a bit confused, let's say I have a recipe already that is written in Ounces and I now want to take that a make a formula from it. how would I do that. How would I take those ounces and turn them into percentages? How will I make sure it equals 100%?
