If I want to play tank, Do I need to spec my build into evasion or endurance? I think for tank you said in one of your videos need evasion???

Hold on, what about wand & longbow? Longbow has great healing abilities to supplement wand especially after the changes. Not sure I can take you seriously.

I get so torn on what to roll . I wann play rogue so daggers and bow but I wanna heal to get into cues and be loved

Why not go for damage armor as a healer as well ? The early dungeons are a joke no matter what gear and its quicker to farm other content with it. Why not specialize when you reach purple gear only ?
