Is there literally a single episode he has done where he doesn't cry? Not counting his 10 minutes in the 60th. I get the Dr can cry but if he cries in every one it loses it's impact. When Eccleston, or Tennant or Smith shed a tear you know it must have been something pretty deep that got to him, now it's just constant.

Not gonna lie, one hell of a Christmas episode, at one point filled me with anger of what the government did to people during covid, but had me crying at the end of the episode.
I typed it this way as to not give anything away.
I have watched every Christmas special since 2005 and this one hit home.

Bloody stupid. The 15th was supposed to be past all this needing therapy and always being soppy since the 14th doctor did go through 'therapy' and stopped to recharge. Now it's just the same 'everyone leaves you' stuff again.

The problem I had with the last season was that it felt like I was watching the first draft of the doctor. Some eps I really enjoyed, but other eps again just felt like they could use 1 or 2 more drafts. I think the show could be back to its best, but the writing just seems to hold the actors back.
