This 2024 Jaguar F-Pace R-Dynamic S P250 AWD has an MSRP around the $86,000 CAD mark yet is considered the base trim. We were pleasantly surprised by it's peppy performance and luxurious options.

It's been a while since we've featured a Jaguar on TestDrive, and never a new one. This week we're looking at the 2024 Jaguar F-Pace R-Dynamic S P250 AWD, the entry-level engine and trim here in the Canadian market, but this SUV is anything but base model. While the 2.0L 4 cylinder turbo engine produces 246 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, it's overall power delivery gives this car a sporty feel without being too inefficient on the road. This specific SUV is also well-optioned with almost all the add-ons available for it, such as 21" rims, HUD, quad-zone climate control, motion-activated sunroof controls, driver assistance package, cold weather package, and more.

James goes over the tech specs of the 2024 Jaguar F-Pace along with the exterior and interior design, front and rear seat comfort, technology and features, and everything else you'd want to know if you were in the market for this SUV. He then takes it on the road to show how the vehicle drives, rides, and performs, along with some performance testing.

Let us know what you think about this Jaguar! We're excited to get more vehicles from JLR as we've only featured a couple used and one new up until now on PRN_TestDrive.

As an owner of two F-Paces (2017 and 2020) with over 100k combined miles, I can tell you the reliability has been fantastic…I mean, practically zero issues! Also note the 2024 F-Pace posted a JD Power Quality and Reliability score of 82/100 which is “Great” by their standards. Due to my excellent vehicle history, I am always quick to respond to any negative comments I see on Jaguar reliability….most OWNERS of these vehicles love them👍

I have the ‘21 F Pace P 340S. Bought it new and now has 42k on it with no problems at all. I can’t think of anything I don’t like about it. I’ve been looking around at other mid size SUVs and I really can’t find one I like as much as this car. It’s a shame Jaguar dropped the P340 in-line six. Best of both worlds with plenty of power and pretty good gas mileage.

Thanks for reviewing the base model (and not the SVR like everyone else does :)) Much more useful for the potential buyers ;)

We have had the E-Pace for four years absolutely fantastic car, and now getting the F-Pace I expect the same reliability and I don’t doubt we will get just that. 😊 🇬🇧
